International Multiplication Symposium

The multiplication Symposia dubbed “Enhancing Livestock Productivity through Science, Technology and Innovation” was held on 22nd- 24th May 2017 at ARC hotel, Egerton University, Kenya. A total of 80 participants drawn from Kenya, Nigeria, Malawi and Ghana attended the symposia.  57 of both oral and poster presentations were made; 10 exhibitions were made.

The symposia facilitated the multiplication of project results regarding improvement of productivity of indigenous livestock and promotion of Science, Technology and Innovation in the management of indigenous livestock. This brought stakeholders together to initiate new co-operations and further adoption of the concepts ensuring project sustainability.
